The holiday season is fast approaching! If your child under 18 is a patient of the health center, and you could use some help with providing gifts for them this holiday season, we are here to assist you! We have partnered with Badger Realty for nearly 50 years to provide presents to kids in need. Your child's wish list will be matched with a volunteer shopper, and we will contact you when the gifts are ready to be picked up. This program is open to all families, including those who don’t celebrate Christmas.
Things to know:
- You can participate in the Christmas Stocking Project OR Angels and Elves, not both
- Your children need to be patients of the health center, and under 18 years old
- We expect to have sponsors for all that register, but if that is not the case we will let you know by November 8th
- Deadline to register is November 1st
