Dear patients,
Nearly six years ago I started caring for you and your family here at White Mountain Community Health Center. Over the past years, I have felt well supported and have been fortunate to be able to meet the healthcare needs of the wonderful people of the Mount Washington Valley. However, I have received an excellent opportunity to further my career and I will be moving to the state of Vermont.
This was not an easy decision for me. However, I take comfort knowing that your healthcare needs will be met by the very confidant and caring hands of my colleagues at White Mountain Community Health Center. We are fortunate that Marcelo Maiorano, APRN has recently joined the Health Center alongside our existing family medicine team. Josie Lamb, APRN is accepting new patients as well.
I want to take the opportunity to thank you for letting me be part of your life. I have sincerely enjoyed caring for you and your family. If there is anything that needs to be addressed before my departure, I encourage you to call and schedule an appointment with me between now and May 16th.
